Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is not included in product prices. After you send an order request, we email you the delivery cost for your address. You only pay once you’ve agreed to it.

• Ready-made items are dispatched after payment is confirmed. We’ll tell you the expected dispatch and delivery dates when we confirm your order.
• Custom pieces are made after we agree the details. We’ll give you an estimated completion date before we start.
• Delivery times are estimates. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

• Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient, and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
• We can’t control delays caused by customs.
• Some countries restrict certain items. We’ll let you know if we can’t deliver to you. We don’t ship to sanctioned countries.

When the courier provides a tracking number, we’ll email it to you.

• Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or a missed delivery, we may need to charge the cost of sending it again.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact us — see Returns & Refunds.
• If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier.
